Important: TelemetryDeck does not collect any personally identifiable information. We use your device's vendor identifier, which is specific to our app and cannot be used to track you across other apps.

If you purchase a subscription, we use a third-party service to securely manage purchases. This service processes:

• Purchase status and subscription details
• A randomly generated customer identifier
• No payment information is stored by our app

When you submit a feature request:

• Your request title and description are collected
• Your email address is optional and only used if you choose to provide it
• Your votes on other feature requests
• Your vote is not identifiable

All your roast data is stored locally on your device:

• Roast history and saved roasts
• Custom humor styles and preferences
• Intensity level preferences
• Language settings
• Custom roast names and edits

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.

When you upload a photo to generate a roast:

• The photo is processed securely in real-time
• We analyze the visual content to generate contextual roasts
• Photos are immediately discarded after processing
• No photos are stored on our servers
• No facial recognition or biometric data is collected
• Photos are never shared with third parties

What we do NOT do:

• Store or save any photos you upload
• Create user profiles based on photos
• Use photos for training AI models
• Share photos with any third parties
• Access your photo library without permission

We request photo library permission to allow you to select photos for roasting. We only access the specific photos you choose to upload.

We request camera permission if you choose to take a new photo for roasting. The camera is only activated when you explicitly choose to take a photo.

We use carefully selected third-party services to enhance your experience:

• Analytics: TelemetryDeck for privacy-focused usage analytics
• Subscriptions: Secure payment processing and subscription management
• Feature Requests: User feedback and feature request management
• AI Processing: Secure AI services for generating roasts

All third-party services are chosen for their commitment to user privacy and data protection.

Roasted is designed for users aged 12 and above due to the nature of humor content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
